Wendy believes that achieving overall health starts with nutrition, from the inside out. She is a well-rounded and versatile individual whose varied experiences, diverse background and genuine passion for life compel her to promote a balanced lifestyle. She uses the fundamentals of nutrition science coupled with cutting edge research to help clients formulate realistic goals and make necessary lifestyle changes while devising tailored eating strategies.

Wendy has provided Medical Nutrition Therapy at the Sports Club/LA, the Jewish Community Center and Club One in San Francisco. Previously, she worked as a Clinical and Outpatient Dietitian at Saint Francis Memorial Hospital in San Francisco. Wendy has been a media nutrition expert for the Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Corporation, Heinz Bagel Bites and the Got Milk? Campaign; and has served on the expert panel for Fitness Magazine’s You Can Do It! Agency Challenge. Additionally, her nutrition expertise has been cited in the Special Senior Health Edition of Pharmacy Times.
