HAWAIIAN OUTRIGGER CANOE LESSON/RACE

The top Northern California Outrigger Club, Kilohana will be teaching an Outrigger Canoe class to Body Mechanix, trainers, clients, and friends. We will learn the history, skills, and techniques in a hour long lesson then continue on to race each other in teams using 10 man boats! This will be an exciting adventure and definitely suited for all levels of fitness!

MEETING PLACE/CAR POOL:
219 A Brannan St., San Francisco. at 8:30 A.M. SHARP!

LOCATION:
Kilohana Outrigger Canoe Club
Cardinal Way
Redwood City , CA

TIME:
(9 AM-12:30 PM )

BRING:
Sunscreen, Dry Fit Shirt , Swim Trunks or shorts, Hat (if needed), Water, and Change of Clothes.

COST:
$55 per person (includes lesson and race)

What is Strength Endurance?
“Strength endurance is the specific form of strength displayed in activities which require a relatively long duration of muscle tension with minimal decrease in efficiency”. Sports that involve strength endurance are numerous in nature from the rower to the swimmer to the wrestler on the mat.
